What is the point of the patch vs. using oral or injectable B12?

Might be depending on how much you need or tolerate.

Andy recommends selenomethionine and disrecommends sodium selenite.

All the oral brands I have checked have SCD illegals. Injectable is

not convenient when traveling, and I cannot give it to myself, which

means I go looking for a nurse.
