The kids and I take our pills with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then bedtime. It seems to work out well, provided I fill the pill boxes. If I get up at night (to the bathroom, or on rounds to take doses), I often take some C and mag. > Also has anyone felt motion sickness in a bath when the water moves. > Any ideas. Is this adrenal? I had lots of wooziness when I had neither adrenaline nor cortisol. If your anxiety, fatigue, stress tolerance, response to infections, etc are not addressed, then IMO you need more adrenal support. For me ACE does nothing that I can notice. You can always try something herbal while you pursue getting Rx adrenal support. -- > Thx Colette >

Hi , Symptoms - slow moving, when I stop moving I feel like I still am moving, can't look at highly patterned things, sometimes the trees swaying in the wind make me feel sick, I feel off kilter, I often feel like I am sitting leaning to the side but I am not - it is weird and hard to describe. I feel like I am twirling or about to but never really get to the dizzy stuff. I am tired in the afternoon but do better in the evening. I sleep okay generally. My symptoms are severe enough that I don't drive anymore - I am tired of the pavement moving when I am in park! I don't think the ACE has really improved stuff. For me I was better in July before my last amalgams, then okay just after. Weeks 7,8,9 and 10 after amalgams were very severe - anxiety, motion in the extreeme, food reactions. SInce then I have just not come out of it. I am not as good as I was in July before the last amalgam removal. No doubt I will just have to get to chelation - just waiting for my file review.....hopefully another month. It would just be nice to have some normalacy. Thanks for your question- it makes me think! colette

I don't know what they are, but must have some connection to the mercury. >I am tired in the afternoon but do > better in the evening. Fatigue is an adrenal symptom. There can be lots of other factors contributing to fatigue. Other adrenal symptoms are: - frequent infections and difficulty shaking infections - low bp - dizziness on first standing - hypoglycemia - aching and pain - poor response and crashing during stess I sleep okay generally. > > My symptoms are severe enough that I don't drive anymore - >I am tired > of the pavement moving when I am in park! > I don't know what would cause the pavement to move when in park! > I don't think the ACE has really improved stuff. > > For me I was better in July before my last amalgams, then okay just > after. Yes, the file review will likely be quite helpful. Good luck >hopefully another month. Things that are stationary, like the road, etc, will look like they are moving when they are not (naturally). I supposed this has something to do with mercury interfering with the inner ear, because I have had issues with my ears that I never had before. __________________________________________________
