Guest guest
After the end of last round, I noticed large, firm lymph nodes in both of my inner elbows. I've poked around in other areas and I don't notice any nodes like this elsewhere. Initially there was a little mild node swelling in my neck, but those were small, soft nodes and they've gone away. It's only been a few days, but the large nodes are still present despite castor oil packs, echinacea, and bouncing on the trampoline a few times. No change at all. Should I try more antivirals? Will that help clear lymph nodes? Any other recommendations? --

My daughter had alot of warts on her inner elbow, and HTI book mentions skin problems like warts are common with arsenic, which we have, because of our well-water. This summer she used tea-tree oil and then oil of oregano on them, and kept them covered with duct tape, and I think she got rid of them. Waiting to see if they come back. Anyway, just wondering if that is a normal place for viruses to show themselves, on the inner elbow?--------Jackie I've poked around in other areas and I don't notice any nodes like this elsewhere. And I also believe that Oil of Oregano is very powerful, I use it every time I get sick.---------Jackie --

Now I'm having aching in my hands/wrists and feet, a little swelling, stiffness, and some weird feelings. Still have the lumpy stuff in the inner elbows, and I do think there is obviously some kind of immune thing going on. Whether viral or not, I can't say. I have added in lysine and elderberry for anything viral and arginine and GSE for anything bacterial. I suppose there could be both latent viruses and latent bacteria. I am not sure which it is but trying to do what I can to help my body fight whatever it is. Hot baths seem to make a difference, too. I'm also using a tincture of echinacea/red root that someone suggested - good for the lymph system. I have found oil of oregano awfully strong in the past - might mean I need it at some point, but not really feeling up to that one. I have astragalus and that might be good to add. I don't think I've used olive leaf extract before - I predict I would find that one strong, too, and I should probably try at some point. Thanks so much for the suggestions! -- > I've poked around in other areas and I > don't notice any nodes like this elsewhere.
