Did I botch up myPorphyrins test?

Is the Porphyrins test the same as the fractionated porphyrins test? I

actually shook the specimen vigorously in the tube to mix the

preservative in!!! This was not a 24 hour urine collection but the

first in the morning sample. Went to the Paris lab. Did I just botch

up my test results?
