One thing to consider is whether you are sensitive to an ingredient.

You may be able to rule things out by comparing the ingredients to

other supplements you take without problems. Those NOW vit E products

have some unusual ingredients like carob and annatto.

If that's not the problem, you might have to start slowly. With

a couple of supplements I had to start with ridiculously small

amounts and work up gradually. You can pierce the capsule and try

a drop at a time.

I wouldn't worry about this in the short term.

Vitamin D.

That's a high dose and an expensive habit. If you haven't checked

some of the obvious reasons for low energy, such as adrenal fatigue

and diet, I would make sure you are doing what you can on those

fronts.

Could it be that you are using the synthetic form (dl-) of Vit E, rarther than

the natural form of Vit E (d-). If so, try the (d-) form ?

Hope it's going to help. Kai

Hi,

It has been awhile since I posted, but I have been lurking from time

to time. I hope this will help you.

Check out these two articles. It may help you understand better why

your vitamin E isn't working for you. Listen to your body. If it

doesn't want or like something, don't try to force it on your body.
