Vitamin schedule

HI,

I was wondering how people divide their 4x a day vitamins. I know Vit

C and B and Magnesium should be taken 4x a day. I take them at

breakfast, lunch, 4 pm and 6:30. Is there a better way?

Also has anyone felt motion sickness in a bath when the water moves.

Any ideas. Is this adrenal? I am on ACE...but wondered if it was

doing enough.
