Guest guest
Have been on Xeloda for the summer in the possibility it'd have an effect on cancer that otherwise didn't pay attention (liver, lung, bone). CT Monday shows continuing advancement--big liver tumor, liver functions starting to slide. So: off it all. Dr. gave me report copies and suggested I get back in touch with the far-downstate hospital where I'd considered a clinical trial before. Joe! (clinical trial Joe) are you out there and how are you doing? I noted what you were going to be getting--how is it going? If I were accepted and chose to go (again leaving beloved family) I'd want it for something really hopefuly (do they ever say that?) and would accept their schedule. But right now waiting for oatmeal sugar to kick in and caffiene and feeling pretty much like yesterday when I got the whammo news. (By the way, when I'm reaching the no-computer point, I will unsubscrible--husband is total PC innocent-not only does he not try to understand it, he treats it like a disobedient secretary.....
