Why does Vitamin E cause liver pain or fatigue?

Hi,

I know Vitamin E is part of the protocol, and Andy says you can take

lots of it as long as its the right type.

Every time I take Vitamin E (NOW Foods E-400 mixed tocopherals, or NOW

Foods Gamma E), I start feeling tired and dopey after a few days. I

try every couple of months. Last week I tried the E-400 again and the

next day I had some liver pain.

Anyone know why I am having problems with Vitamin E?

I take fish oil with most meals. (720mg EPA, 360mg DHA per meal).

Should I avoid fish oil until I can tolerate Vitamin E?

Are there any other lipid antioxidants I can try? I have increased my

coenzyme Q10 dose (from 90mg/day to 240mg/day) and it may be helping

with my energy.
