Whether it is slander, or libel, or they just think you'll back

down, if they threaten to sue, you don't want to be on the

receiving end.

Far simpler and easier to whitelist good docs, and complain

about bad ones either to your GP if he referred you, or formally

to the appropriate authorities. I think doctors fairly quickly

learn who is good and who is not.
