Guest guest
I'm just early into a round of ala and it seems the yeast is really kicking up. I'm only using 12 mg - is this too much? Should I be taking alot of anti yeast at the same time .. this isn't fun. thanks, seashell
Guest guest
At times I have had a lot of yeast on rounds, same dose of ALA but I use DMPS with it. I need to take lots of probiotics, like 100 billion, and s. boulardii between meals. I also take 8 mg biotin with meals. These things have reduced the problem a lot. I've also used candidase followed by coconut oil and/or caprylic acid, GSE, or whatever you like to whack down the excess when the other stuff is not enough. You may also want to check the neutrophil file for ideas on stuff that supports your body's ability to control yeast. -- > > > I'm just early into a round of ala and it seems the yeast is really > kicking up. I'm taking biotin and I need to take the probiotics on a regulary basis -- same with the caprylic acid. Where do you get the S-B....whatever? I've heard that really works when all else fails. I tried getting it in the past but couldn't find it. Thanks Steph, Val

Guest guest
We see the same thing, dmsa, ala doesn't matter. It's the metals moving that create the yeast..we also have to increase the probiotics and add an antifungal. Grapefruit seed extract works wonders. > > I'm just early into a round of ala and it seems the yeast is really > kicking up. I'm only using 12 mg - is this too much? I've mostly used Jarrow brand. I tried the Allergy Research Group product, but it didn't seem to work as well for me. You can find these and other brands with a quick google search. I really find probiotics, biotin, and s-b to be enough if I stick with diet. When I mess up on diet, I'm likely to need an antifungal for a time, as well. I find sulfur foods really feed yeast, so unless you feel much better on them, you may want to try restricting them when yeast is bad. -- > Thanks Steph, > Val >
