Guest guest
Hey Pam - You asked: >>>>Have you started taking the hawethorne berry yourself yet? <<<<< Nope, too chicken. I'm going to start shopping for it, though. I want to try some kind of weak tea made from the berries to begin with. I need to experiment with it. I seem to have reactions to the blandest things that don't bother anyone else...... frustrating. You might expect to feel a bit more active, but don't let that discourage you. Your system has gotten used to the suppressing action of the betas. Now you will begin to feel more normal, but it might seem a bit more speeded up--in comparison to what you were used to. Now your adrenals (the DHEA) will become a little more active, and other things that the betas tamped down. As long as you keep a check on your pulse rate, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If your pulse goes up some, you might consider increasing your hawthorne a bit. Just play it by ear. I'm sure everything will settle down very soon. Best of luck to you!
