It's the first time my TSH has moved since I was diagnosed in August with a TSH of <0.01. Maybe now it is on the move it hasn't stopped! 2.09 is quite high enough for us Graves' types, the gurus have learnt to reduce antithyroid medication as soon as TSH reappears. I think your just discovering hypo is awful as well as hyper. I know you've been very cautious with reducing antithyroid drug dose to avoid going hyper, but the effects of hypo are just as bad they just creep up on us slower, and can take longer to go away. You might even be able to cut the dose of ATD further, but don't do anything radical with the dose. My doctor always prefers to have blood tests before changing doses (unless the signs are absolutely conclusive and blood tests will just prolong the misery). Any thoughts on my last e-mail to you? re: speaking to your doctor. Simon
