Question about Lysine and Plantar Warts

I saw a comment on the Mercury-Autism list about Lysine. Specfically

that it helped get rid of a plantar wart.

I've had one on my foot for many years now, various methods of having

it removed have all failed. Why won't it go away and what might help?

FWIW I've had it frozen, cut out by a dermatologist, used OTC wart

removers (drops and medicated pads), chemical irritant, duct tape, some

stuff called wartbgone (I think), ignored it, meditated on it,

voodoo... ok no voodoo, but I'm lost as for what'll get rid of this.

Most folks seem to have these things disapear on their own, but it just

won't leave and it's multiplying now I think.
