Hi Elaine, Jody and Debbie (and others who didn't write, but thought),

Thanks for the encouraging words. With all the reading, writing and

thinking you 'guys' do here, it's amazing you can keep track of it

all. I honestly wasn't sure anyone would even remember me, except for

the fact, perhaps, that I've done some very long posts.

A few more fine points here: I had the decimal point wrong in my T3

lab results. It was 187 (normal 80 - 200); I wrote 1.87, but people

seemed to 'get' that I meant normal or 187.

Digests? I get my postings in digest form in batches of 25. Is

anyone able to explain why I haven't received any digests in the past

2 days? The last one I received was # 1695 and there have been over

60 posts since then? Thanksgiving Holiday perhaps?

Jody, I'm not sure when I'll get to post my story. But here's

something I owe you from last summer. The 7 chakra sounds 'from the

base up' are: uhr, ooo, oh, awe, ayy, iii, neeee. The important thing

is to get them originating from and reverberating from their

respective chakras. If you'd like to e-mail me privately sometime and

arrange a time, I'd be able to 'demonstrate' via phone. (It's hard to

teach sounds via e-mail).
