Guest guest
Hi , I was diagnosed Sept. 04 with Stage 111 colon cancer. Had surgery Sept. 29, 04. Tumor had perforated colon wall and one lymph node positive. Went through six months of Folfox chemo. Finished that the last week of April 05. I still have the tingling in my feet. Not all the time. About one third of the time it bothers me. It has gotten better and seems to bother me the worst if I am barefoot and the floor is cool. Bothers me the worst after a shower. The ONC told me it could take up to a year to go away. It will get better. It just needs time. I still get once in awhile some numbness in my left hand. That has been getting progessivly better as time goes on. Again it will get better. Your husband Bob, has sure gone through alot. He seems to be a strong person and has come back after each time. He will get through this too. Please post here more often and let us know how he is doing.
