I read on the metamatrix websight urine is better. It shows deficiencies etc

before plasma does. If you go on there websight it explains it under that test

just do search. Hope this helps. We actually just sent one out today

Which is better - the Urine or Plasma amino acid testing? I am going

to the UK to get these tested but the lab offers both.

I have never done one, and I don't know off the top of my head, but this is

something the parents on A-M do more often, so you could ask there. And/or you

could use onibasu to search A-M for this.-------Jackie

Andy says the urine amino acid test is worthless, only use plasma.
