During chelation, selenium can help to displace copper which can increase on ALA. Also balancing zinc/copper ratios can help if you're treating autism. > > Just curious. > > Thanks, > > -- is

Guest guest
I ate them but soak them before consuming. My prob is that selenium, its on the high side. I love them but dont try to consume them too often. If you are low, eat for both of us. He has pointed out that selenium can be quite toxic, and so you want to make sure not to over-consume it. I'm guessing that's good advice, particularly for toxic people who tend not to excrete excessive metals. Dave. They have like 500 mcg selenium per oz so it seems like an easy way to make up for what I need. Just curious. They are awfully high in selenium. I know What testing shows high selenium? If you are looking at a hair test with deranged mineral transport, or any hair test that doesn't look completely normal, then the levels of essential minerals are not reliable. > this is the board for adults chelating but can I infer from this that > that means no more than one nut a day for a child? I would go by how you and your kids respond to supplementation, whether by pills or by eating brazil nuts. -- > >
