Guest guest
You roll with the punches, is. I know, we tend to get in these obsessional grooves. You'll be happy to know, it's part of the symptomology - and it does go! Ok. Try to think ahead. If you _have_ to, then stop the round, and stay stopped for a minimum of 3 days; but you can usually get around it. I take my chelation dose everywhere. Even in airports, they let you take 4oz on. Since I dump one 100mg cap into a 4oz tincture bottle, that should allow you to get by. And on planes, you can usually get orange juice. As for exams ... Don't take too much! It'll tire you out so much that you'll have trouble getting through. You'll be fine. Just be thankful that you're doing this now. I waited until I was 45. Of course, I was 39 before Andy's book showed up, and thank God I didn't do what people were doing back in the dark ages before 1999. Well, I guess a lot of them are still doing it now ... This would involve me mixing up my dosage in the airport lounge before departure. 2, im on an aeroplane when the journey takes about 4 hours. 3, i am taking exams during chelation Also if i take a break (due to the following situations being impractical) how long can the break be? If i can chelate then any advice on how to during these situations? is

If you are just starting out and aren't sure how chelation will afftect you and will be under stress for other things, then I would hold off. I had to do this when my amalgams were out. I wanted to have a whole week with nothing going on when I did my first round, since I didn't know what to expect. So I actually wound up waiting about a month before I did my first round. It worked out fine for me, because I actually felt pretty good post removal. So there is no harm in waiting for an easier time to try it.---------Jackie If you are just getting started, I would try to avoid chelating when you are in situations like these. Until you have some experience with how you respond to chelation (several rounds, I would think), you really don't know how you will perform under the combination of chelation and " normal stressors " . It would be best to be in a stable, consistent, non-stressful environment as much as possible while chelating, at least in the beginning. Just my opinion. > Also if i take a break (due to the following situations being > impractical) how long can the break be? As long as you want. If you are one of those people who gets improvement while chelating, you may not want to take long breaks. You will have to see what works best for you as you start getting some experience with how chelation affects you. -- > If i can chelate then any advice on how to during these situations? ----------I think it would be best to wait.
