epsom salt bath seem to cause redistribution..could this be??

I was feeling pretty good for the last 5 days..sunday spent a lot of

time outside doing light work building a deck..

was feeeling quite good and motivated, washed my car ran errands

thought an epsom salt bath would be good and it seemed to create many

problems..aches, burning in hands and legs; mental stress a little

anger/shortness ...which is still going on today... ie just do not feel

like talking to anyone but the cat (who never talks back to me)
