Guest guest
You may not be ready for ALA, despite this long time. I had this same problem. I had to do 16 rounds of dmsa alone over 16 months before I could tolerate 5mg of ALA. It means your blood levels are still too high OR you have hidden amalgam in your teeth or gums still. Any crowns? Root canals? > > I've tried several times to start on a very low dose of ALA, only 2mg > every 3 hours per Andys protocal. Guest guest
No, I don't have any crowns or root canals. Actually I started taking DMSA in small doses(10mg) back in 2003 and over the past year got the dose up to 100mg without any side affects. So considering I had my fillings out so long ago, and the dozens of rounds of chelation I've done with DMSA, I really think I should be able to tolorate such a small dose of ALA. Thanks, > > > > I've tried several times to start on a very low dose of ALA, only 2mg > > every 3 hours per Andys protocal. Once you have remove all the extracellular mercury with DMSA, your symptoms from it would go away because there is nothing left for it to move. Using ALA would start mobilizing mercury from intracellular spaces, thus causing symptoms. ALA also chelates arsenic, which DMSA does not. -- > >
