I am trying to understand more about problems with sulfation, as it

seems I feel a lot better since cutting out the red cabbage and

broccoli that were making up most of my diet.

I am eating small amounts of yogurt and no other dairy products because

of what I read about milk and sulfur (cysteine). I do not see yogurt

on the list of foods to exclude. Is yogurt ok or not? Thanks for the

help. I currently have only limited internet access, so have limited

time to do the needed research.

All dairy products including yogurt are high sulfur foods.

You can find a more complete list of sulfur foods in the files section.
