Guest guest
I am trying to understand more about problems with sulfation, as it seems I feel a lot better since cutting out the red cabbage and broccoli that were making up most of my diet. I am eating small amounts of yogurt and no other dairy products because of what I read about milk and sulfur (cysteine). I do not see yogurt on the list of foods to exclude. Is yogurt ok or not? Thanks for the help. I currently have only limited internet access, so have limited time to do the needed research. --SC
Guest guest
Perhaps you mean " sulfur " rather than " sulfation " ? Cabbage and borccoli are high sulfur foods. Any dairy food is also high sulfur - whether milk, yoghurt, cheese, whey, or otherwise. From what you have described, it looks like what you need is a low sulfur diet. So, I'd consider trying rigorous exclusion of sulfur foods and seeing if that works for you. Dave.
