if you are using ALA, it should be pulling arsenic also.-------Jackie

Increasing your methylators will help clear arsenic.

Consider Vit B12 (several mg's); Folic acid (400-1200mg. with meals and at

bed); TMG (500-2000mg early in day). Some people become agitated/angry if

they have too many methylating agents (so supplement to tolerance) [HTI pg.

240]
