Hello,

I've read this in another forum:

" I have a question about supplements that you buy from the average

health store, 90% use an excipient called 'Magnesium stearate' is this

safe? From what I understand it used in the mass production of tablets

to keep the machines from clogging up.

http://www.drrons.com/beware-additives.htm "

What do you think?

.

I've been wondering myself. I've got one supplement with that stuff in

it, and I definitely react to it. I'm not sure if it's the magnesium

stearate that I'm responding to, but I could be.

The difficulty with reactions like this, for me at least, is that

sometimes they come on slowly and I don't really recognize them until

after I've been feeling totally agitated and f-ed up for a week or two.

Dave.
