Guest guest Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 I will summarize later my lymph protocol which I think has made an amazing diffrenece in gunk getting though/out of my body. I think the rounds are easier. I am much more regular and actually feels like I am slowly slowly improving First i will talk about the diet and how much better i feel (i stil get periods of burning aches/head fog) and do not have a lot of physical energy but there is no pain and anxiety and very little burning from the mercury or my liver. MY head fog is still pretty bad so maybe I wil try some of the other remedies mentioned for this in the coming months. However i do think overall I am thinking more clearly and able to handle more, physically, mentally and emotionally Diet about 2.5 weeks ago I decided to go really strict on my diet to help elininate my yeast and I figured I needed to also help my liver deal with the already toxic load of mercury it was having to process by removing all other toxins (cafeeine, sugar, anything processed) I cut out all sugars, bottled juice, bread and milk products. Also cut out my rice milk and organic cereal in the am as its processed. It has evolved to a liver support/cleansing diet. I brought the book and it talks about a number of liver support supplements and foods see www.liverdoctor.com It recommends only raw foods before noon (i guess its easier on your liver) so i eat organic fruit and quinoa and my cashew butter in the am.(thanks for TK for pointing out that peanuut butter is sulphur). I usually mix up a big pot of quinoa with organic tomatoe sauce to add some taste Other mornings I juice (romaine lettuce, celery and zucchinni) The very weird and wonderful thing is that after about 2.5 weeks, this juicing is really starting to taste good The book says you should not eat fruits and veggies together. I guess they do not digest together very well or something For lunch, I have some chicken with the quinoa in the afternoon, I have a pear/apple or banana with more protein in the form of the cashew spread (protein is suggested regularly for adrenal problems) Then I find my dinner I am not that hungry (I think this is good as they also say not to eat too much later in the pm as your liver then has to be able to help process it overnight. If hungry I have some more chicken, fruit or quinoa I drink herbal green tea and cleavers tea which is supposed to be good for lymph drainage PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT FOR THE MOST PART i WENT PARTIALLY ORGANIC OVER 1.5 YEARS AGO. I THINK MY COLON AND INTESTINES ARE PRETTY CLEANED OUT FROM THE BUILDUP OF CRUD THAT HAPPENS OVER 49.8 YEARS. so I am not sure that everyone will feel that good right away by just going organic...but like everything that we have to do, its one more step in the right direction Hope it helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
