I think the NAC particularly is helping me. I can take 3 x 600mg

capsules spread out through the day. It just feels right to me and

I'm not quite AS exhausted. Still exhausted but a little better.

Also I started Forskolin, Sam-e, Vinpocetine, Zinc, Pregnenolone,

Melatonin lots of Taurine, Phosphatadyl serine and lots of Milk

thistle. Lots of different amino acids taken separately throughout

the day. And of course tons of C, Magnesium, B's, B-12 shots and

sustained release T3.

I've been adding one or two supplements a day and taking them

independently from each other until I know they're okay. So far so

good.

The only one so far I've had an adverse reaction to is Histadine --

glad I only took a half cap to start. I must have plenty of histamine

in my system which doesn't surprise me. I'll try a little again

another day to make sure...

I added vitamin B-6 this afternoon. So far so good on that.

Generally I feel better. Yesterday I even felt a bit of my old self

back; actually felt inspired and deeply happy, real feeling, so it's

good to know there's life in there somewhere. I'm an artist and so

it's been painful to not be able to create. We take some things for

granted...

My Chemical Sensitivities became overwhelming the past 6 months when

I moved to a new town to take care of parents. I was living in a

remote pristine place at 8000 feet elevation. There's much more

chemical pollution here now with my parents (although it's extremely

clean by most standards. It's Oregon after all!) Anyway, I'm afraid

it's killing me.

So my exhaustion is always an issue here. I feel great working out

for an hour or so but then am shattered about an hour afterwards.

I'm just glad to see my condition so accurately described somewhere:

Pages 110 and on up in AI. I don't feel quite so alone and I'm more

determined than ever to beat it. (I'd sort of given up hope before I

found this group...)

So I'll drink a toast of Ionic Fizz (magnesium) to Andy tonight :-)
