Not much practical use to you, Beverley, but I think its natural to be

frightened, so don't be ashamed to admit it. There will lots of us here

all turns out for the best way possible and I will be thinking about you on the

30th.

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you

start.

So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake.

I feel better already.

I'm not surprised - I'd be very frightened too. What an ordeal you've been

through in the past few months :o( I'll be thinking of you on the 30th and
