Look in the adrenal information file in the files section at the Hypochlorhydria Screening Quiz. My suggestion would be to consider taking extra stomach acid (betaine HCl) with meals and to consider eliminating starch. J

Guest guest
, You might want to consider slippery elm to help with symptoms. DGL or licorice can also be helpful, along with glutamine and glycine. All of those can help heal your stomach/gut lining. As to the cause, lithium orotate has anti-yeast effects, and that might cause stomach symptoms. If you have a lot of fatigue and unaddressed adrenal problem, yeast may be a problem even if you haven't noticed digestive issues. In my experience, yeast symptoms are a lot less when your body is not fighting the yeast. Taurine can increase stomach acid, maybe your new brand is a bit more potent or has different fillers. The aspirin could have caused a little ulceration that is causing ongoing symptoms even though you've stopped it now. Taking some things to heal it up should help. Just a few thoughts. --

Guest guest
Hi Once I stopped eating wheat and diary my heartburn symptoms relaxed by about 80pct. I take Betaine & pepsin daily to keep my heartburn in check. When I stop taking it I notice. But the thing that helps the most is Apple Cider Vinegar. Must be organic. Must be raw, unpasturised. Must have " mother " in it. But when any digestive issues happen for me, I reach for the ACV. As far as I am concerned ACV is very effective. Water intake is important for me too, needs to be high. My supplement regime is similar to yours. Personally I would drop the aspirin. Sunshine
