Sunny - I used the dosage on the container. It was somewhere in the 1-3

tbsp realm (don't remember and traveling so don't have any here).

Anyway, can't hurt you. Lots in ice-cream.

you have it in. I am taking a product called PolyPC by Jarrow

Formulas, which was recommended by . I take two
