Darren,

Yes tracking symptoms has been invaluable and helps me realize

changes are occuring. They are changing little by little. Day to

day it doesn't seem like anything has changed but when I look back

and do some analysis I realize I am on the right track. They symptom

tracking helps to keep me positive which is tough when you are having

a bad day!!!

Thanks for sharing.
