Have you ever had a hormone profile. I'm not sure what else is in soy.
Guest guest
Personally i have read many bad things about soy. I cannot remember what they all are but many are hormonal I believe. I remember this NPR health show where it talked about soy alledgedly bringing on puberty in girls at 7-8 years...most health care (nutritionists etc) do not recommend it > > I am very sensitive to soy milk, tofu; soy affects my thyroid, I can > feel it right way. Guest guest
I react to soy as well. I stay away from all soy (including soy lecithin) and MSG (it has about fifty names: hydrolyzed vegetable protein, hydrolyzed yeast extract, etc.) Also I try to avoid all parabens in cosmetics and toiletries, as they are synthetic estrogens or estrogenic. Sally Fallon and Dr. Mercola have plenty to say about soy and the thyroid. Christy > > > > I am very sensitive to soy milk, tofu; soy affects my thyroid, I can > > feel it right way.
