Guest guest
I have taking cytaxan many of time and I have not had any side effects at all. It did good over a period of time but the last time that I had it which was last year. The test show that it really did not help me for a the lungs but my coughing did stop for a while. My doctor said that I have taking my limite of it. I only had it through IV not pills now my doctor want me to try Cellcept (mycophenolate) but my ins. don't what to pay for it. Guest guest
Joyce Your diagnosis technically is a bit more specific now. Although I do suspect the change is insurance detailed too. The Alveolitis indicates that there is inflammation of the alveoli or air sacs. Two other forms of inflammation are Bronchiolitis which would be inflammation of the bronchioles or small airways and Vasculitis which is inflammation of the capillaries or small blood vessels. The alveolitis would be specifically what they would say is responding to the anti-inflammatories of the prednisone and other meds. > > > > I have taking cytaxan many of time and I have not had any side effects > at all.
