Guest guest
I spoke to the pulmo dude's nurse. I told her I was concerned about losing my concentrater. I also mentioned getting the oximeter and what my SATS have been since. I also told her that I want to talk to him about going on either CPAP or BiPAP. So, she checked my record and it seems the old pulmo dude never sent results from the 2 sleep studies I had last year. So, I had to track down those records and I'm seeing the doc on Thurs. I'd like it if everyone can send me questions I should be asking him. I always feel like my time w/ him is so limited. He's very patient as far as answering my questions. But, I always seem to forget exactly what questions I should be asking. Guest guest
if your doc wants to test your o2 SATs in his office, do it without O2, that way he will see them drop if they don't drop while just walking, try talking and walking if that doesn't work, go up a flight of stairs, that should do it Pink Joyce (IPF 3/06) IFA 5/09 Pennsylvania Donate Life Listed 1/09 Inactive 4/09 www.transplantfund.org--- Subject: Update: Re:call from pulmo dude's officeTo: Breathe-Support Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2009, 5:07 PM I spoke to the pulmo dude's nurse.
