I got up to get my AM meds and am headed back to bed. I think it was the end of last with the little fever he had .He says no but I am pretty sure-- doesn't matter anyhow just gotta get over this mess. It is certainly hard to get 02 up your nose when it is stopped up.. I work on it..lol So everybody take care and I am doing everything I know to do. My Dr. is only a phone call away. She said to e-mail her anytime.. she always has her blackberry with her. I love you all.. Our cable/internet is Bright House and we do not have our phone through them but our son does.. when his phone rings the number comes up on our tv.. our bills are all mixed up.. spent an hour in their office a couple weeks ago and they thought they fixed it......... NOPE.. So we were going to go with a dish network then found out they don't work that well here in the forest. In the mean time my son gets involved and they are sending someone here Tues. AND we are getting a special rate about $40.discount --- SO it is still up in the air.. I think it will probably stay the same now I HOPE. lol crazy bunch I have here.. I have been so busy lately with school, kids, grandkids, church, etc., etc. And I have been having so much fun tending "farm" on Facebook with Bruce, Beth, Jane, Jan, and Elisa and feel like I truly have family everywhere. I am so sad that we have lost yet another family member and at the same time so very glad that we have this group or I would have never known her. I'm now just about tapered off. 3 more 1/2 tabs / daily. I have to admit, I feel so much better....it MUST be the prednisone. It's the only thing different. If I could feel like THIS all the time I'd be glad to take it. But I know the downside of it too so I'm still convinced to keep it short term. BTW....didn't seem to help the Tendonitis much. Re: peggy Have to agree with Jim. I have been wanting to come off prednisone for so long.. Been on 20 mg since diagnosed. July '06. In Feb'09, got the doc at temple to agree to decrease it. Made it a few days only decreasing by 5mg then was to decrease another 5mg.. well, prednisone has become my lifeline and sadly alot of adverse effects come with being able to function..
