-

Try a small dose of NAC first and see if you react to it. Maybe open

the capsule and try 50mg's??

When I used to take a full 500mg capsule, it would upset my mercury

symptoms pretty bad. I'm not as sensitive now, but I still can't

handle it well either.

TK--- It is a good thing to take if you tollerate it, not everyone

does and it can create severe side effects if not. As Ed stated, try

a very small doseage to start to see if you do.

- This is a matter of whether you are high or low sulfur. Have

you tried an elimination diet to try to figure that out? If you are low

sulfur, then NAC (along with some sulfur foods) can help. Otherwise, it

may well make things worse. (And when I say " things " I mean it can

manifest or exacerbate symptoms, perhaps including those other than

sinusitus.)
