DMPS still seems to cause yeast aggravation for me, although its not

nearly as bad as DMSA.

Hi Sunny Jim

I did a 30 day Bowel cleanse which involved taking 3 capsules at

breakfast, lunch and bedtime and drinking plenty of water each day.

Each cap is a mixture of Psyllium, Senna and Casacara Sagarada

The cleanse i used was a psyllium based colon cleanser. Psyllium

swells to 50 TIMES its size - it creates a literal " scrubbing sponge "

that will trap and remove parasites, toxins and built up intestional

waste. This sewlling action is why it should be taken with plenty of

water. One teaspoon of psyllium will create over one cup of stool.

When psyllium is mixed with liquid outside of the body it is simply a

fiber. When psyllium is taken in capsule form it can then turn into

a powerful toxin remover and fecal build up remover. It swells and

scrubs INSIDE the body.

The added natural laxatives keep things flowing smoothly by helping

the body rid itself of toxins and waste. Cascara sagrada stimulates

the long muscles along the colon to work in a wave like action. This

action helps to loosen the build up so that the psyllium can then

trap and remove it entirely.

I have had great success with Humacleanse, but there are plenty of

other bowel cleanses to try.

The parasite cleanse was also a Humaworm product. All fresh herbs, no

chemicals in there, called Humaworm. This product is actually a

combined bowel cleanse and parasite cleanse, but I did both at the

same time as I got a bit blocked up on my previous cleanse….so wanted

to play safe.

I bought a chemical free organic mattress from here

I sleep like a log now:-)
