Chickenpox and (very) early pregnancy

I think I may be pregnant - too early to do a test but have a strange

metallic taste in my mouth and keep having to go for a wee. However,

a friend's baby has just come down with chickenpox. We were with them

about a fortnight ago. I have had chickenpox and so has DD1 but not

DD2. If I am pregnant is there a risk to the baby either from my

friend's baby a fortnight ago (the day I think potential no. 3 was

conceived) or if DD2 gets it or if we see this friend (and baby) in a

fortnight's time. HELP!
