I thought I remember reading 3 days somewhere, but it may not have been this protocol. ------------Andy says 4 days.---------Jackie I was supposed to do the final removal today of the last 3 remaining amalgams, but got bumped since it was a 4pm appt and the dentist was running late. Oh well, I'm scheduled for this coming Wednesday, so it's not too far off. I looked forward to starting chelation sooner rather than later. -----------It will be here before you know it, and make sure you follow TK's suggestions for starting out at a low dose. Good luck.----------Jackie Thanks, Mike _._,_.___ Messages in this topic (1) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages MARKETPLACE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earn your degree in as few as 2 years - Advance your career with an AS, BS, MS degree - College-Finder.net. Guest guest
The last amalgams are out!! I had my last amalgam fillings out yesterday at 4:00 pm, but I'd like to start before Sunday 4:00pm (which basically means starting Monday morning at 7:00 am). I'd like to start at 7:00 am Sunday morning instead. > > > -----------It will be here before you know it, and make sure you follow TK's suggestions for starting out at a low dose. Good luck.--- -------Jackie > Yep, they're out finally. My head has been achy since the last removal. Had even more achyness last night, in the font of my head behind my eyes, and this time in the back of my head as well. Made sure to have some activated charcol before and after the treatment. Also took ginger because I think I have motility issues and wanted to make sure the mercury that I may have swallowed moved along. Oh and I took an additional dose of selenium and vitamin C before bed, plus some melatonin to help me sleep more. Thanks, Mike

Selenium can be easily overdosed, it has a much smaller window between helpful doses and toxic amounts than other things, so don't go crazy with it.-----------Jackie Thanks, Mike _._,_.___ Messages in this topic (4) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages MARKETPLACE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earn your degree in as few as 2 years - Advance your career with an AS, BS, MS degree - College-Finder.net.
