Hi I posted this yesterday it does not look like it made it. If you are

interested my hair tests are number 50. The last one I did must have

been a good 6 months ago

From a quick look I noticed that the most recent one (a year ago)

meets the 4 in the red zone rule. It looked sort of worse than some

of the others.

I remember that Andy says to chelate some more after a person gets

better. Do you remember what Andy has said about that in other posts?

Do you have any idea how long you would keep chelating now?

It's interesting that mercury excretion rose after the first hair test

and dropped off slowly. I wonder if this is a feature of people who

progress quickly.

Hi Jay.

Thats pretty much how I understand it. I have been symptom free for a

good 5 months now. I am just going by what Andy said really, does no

harm to just carry on for a few months. Basically until I use up my

last bottle and a bit.

I don't know if it makes any difference to the speed of progress but

before all of this happened I used to train 3-4 times per week and

kept very fit. I am also still quite young so these things may make a

difference. I have no idea on the average times for adults to

recover, it would be interesting to track. I know of a few kids who

recovered in a similar time frame to myself.
