Multiple Chemical Sensitivies

Hi everyone,

I have now learned that I have a fast phase one liver and with it

multiple chemical sensitivies (Although I would say not bad). I

noticed mostly food reactions and have always in the last 5 years found

strong sense hard and home depot made me headachey). I am taking

oregano oil and on Feingold. I am currently on round 6 DMSA alone.

My question is: I am trying to learn more and wondered if people had

good sites for MCS.

---------Andy talks about it in AI, pages 110 and 40-42, and if you search

past posts, it has been discussed alot. I think there is also a link in the

files or links section about liver phase 1 and 2. I believe grapefruit juice

and some other things slow down phase 1 and help reduce reactions. Alka Seltzer

Gold may help if you've been exposed to something that makes you
