Mine comes in a liquid, I take 1/4 teaspoon of it 4x a day - but that's because I'm really hyper if I'm not on the stuff - from what I understand, that is A LOT OF BUGLEWEED, understand that I'm not recommending anyone take that amount unless they have a doctor monitoring them. That amount would probably put you in a coma Not that it matters because you have the powdered variety and who knows what you are supposed to do with that... (snort it???)
