Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 I just recently started taking Nutricology/Allergy Research Group brand ACE/Adrenal Cortex in 250 mg dose. I was wondering what the proper protocol to follow is. I read somewhere not to take any after noon, but also saw some people taking 3 times per day? Is there any reason to take more in the morning and less in afternoon? Should I take an equal ammount each time or 2 in the morning and 1 at noon? What are the expected effects of taking this? I haven't really noticed anything per se. Will it just unoticably over time support and help the adrenals or will it start having noticable effects immediately?
