Guest guest
I loved that book too, Jackie and I'm so glad you recommended it. Of course, I've forgotten a lot of the specifics which is why I highlighted throughout so I can easily find the info I need. I definitely think my adrenals have been screwed up following right along with the decline with everything else in my health, possibly causing a lot of the problems. What your post made me realize was that the SYMPTOMS you described, that I thought were just my fibromyalgia and general inability to handle physical work was the reason, when in fact, my adrenals were probably a big factor. I think this is a very big part of the health puzzle and I continue to be grateful to you all for informing me in such meaningful ways : Donna >>>>Jackie wrote: So I was hoping my example would help some others to start to get a >grasp on the whole adrenal thing.
