It sounds like you might be low in stomach acid. Have you tried taking 10

drops of 5% HCL in a little water with meat meals, or using betaine HCL.

I found that I really battled as a vegetarian. I had to eat meat to get

enough protein for my adrenals.

Low adrenal and thyroid function and copper poisoning can decrease HCL

production in the stomach.

Sulfur sensitive people usually do okay with meats.
