My slacks and bras would fit one day and not the next...my face would puff up like crazy and my hands too! All of this is much better right now..we'll just have to see what happens next. I'm going to see a nutritionist next week to talk about the low carb..or gylcemic index diet! Supposedly..the bad carbs not only cause regular weight problems but can make inflammation and water retention issues too. I'll keep you posted.
