>> What CAN I eat healhty while doing the sulfur test?

Hi Collette,

Do you think you could expand this list for us?

I'd like to put some safe food lists up on the website (and maybe also the

links section )?.

We are so often told what we can't have, it would be nice to see what we CAN

have :-)

Most times when mercury toxic people go shopping we can't even remember what

we can and can't have, so to have a list on hand would be very, very nice.

Perhaps, if time permits, the following lists would be great:

1) Sulfur Free List (i.e. safe foods for sulfur sensitive people)

2) Sulfite/Phenol Free List (i.e. safe foods for sulfite/phenol sensitive

people)

3) Combination Free List (i.e. safe foods for sulfur and sulfite/phenol

sensitive people) - I think we have this one already - can it be added to?

Hope that is okay for you to help us with?

Thanks so much for this list so far.

What about cucumbers, mushrooms, beets?

Are they sulfury or not?

You can do mushrooms and cucumbers in low sulfur but can't in

Feingold. I never think of them because I can't have them as per

Feingold but they are fine on low sulfur - same with mushrooms.

Beets- I think they are high sulfur...you will have to check the list

in the files. I have also sent Dean another list Andy has sent me

and I seem to recall beets being high sulfur.

And to add to this I have glutamate issues - MSG being obvious, but

high glutamate foods for me I can't do. This is getting a lot better

but the reaction before was immediate and painful for about 5 hours.

Very central nervous system 20 minutes after the food. This is

secondary to the issue though - sorry

I've actually got Andy's lists. I'll forward them.

Dave.
