Thanks Angi and congratulations to you too!! When is yours due? Mine

is 21 March at the moment but is bound to be revised as I was still

BFing DD2 when I got pregnant and my cycle (all four months of it!)

was anywhere between 32 and 38 days. (Nobody picked up either on me

asking about due dates and long cycles even tho' I think you were one

of the people who answered it - ;0) ).

I think I must be a little mad but I love having Spring babies so that

I am not too cumbersome during the icy/slippery winter months and not

lugging a huge bump around in the heat and I did not want to have 3

years between DD2 and no. 3 so went for it. My mum did have three

under 2 and three quarters though so maybe it is genetic!!

Spring babies are lovely Francesca and I half planned all of mine that way.

DS1 is 16/2/97, DS2 is 8/3/99 and DS3 is 23/3/01, so they are all two years

apart and their birthdays are within 5 weeks of each other - oh, maybe that

wasn't such a good idea! DS1 and 2 were just four and two when DS3 arrived

a week early. Just seeing daffodils now makes me think of happy times and

having babies! The other thing is that I'm always so much hotter when

pregnant, probably something to do with that extra four pints of blood in

circulation, so even on snowy days I didn't wear a coat and it was nice to

be able to cool off. DH just about froze last winter as I kept turning the

heating down/off ;o))

I am glad that someone else has got three children two years apart and

survived as the few people I have told seem to look at me with

absolute horror on their faces! I'm also not bothered whether it is a

boy or a girl (have two girls) and am bracing myself for all the

comments like " I expect you want a girl this time " . I must admit

though that we have tried for a boy by following the book " Choose the

sex of your baby " but only because I would like to have the experience

of a different sex child (and also DH is getting outnumbered - just

him, old Dog and Mad Cat are male now that Basil Dog has

gone). I'd be perfectly happy with another girl and always wanted

more than two children anyway.

Just read this via website - Congratulations!

Totally agree with the spring baby idea. DD is a February baby and

I'm a mad March baby...as are a numerous members of my family.

Maybe that's genetic too!!

Happy pregnancy!
