Guest guest Posted December 31, 2002 Report Share Posted December 31, 2002 FYI, most cultural diets add some vinegar or lemon at the end of cooking greens, most probably cause it allows the nutrients to be better absorbed. I always finish my pot of greens with a sprinkling of vinegar or lemon, makes them taste good, too.
