Source Naturals sells 50 mg ALA tablets. Using a pill cutter, I cut these into

quarters so each dose is 12.5 mg. Works great---much easier and faster than

splitting capsules!

There are also 50 mg tablets at Vitamin Shoppe

that are easily cut with kitchen shears into half

and even quarter size with only a little irregularity.
