Please tell me that it is impossible to get " it " out of your mind...I'm consumed by " it " right now... Guest guest
I know you are, it doesn't seem that you have had any good news (medically speaking) lately. I am doing pretty good (today) at not worrying. He has a check up 9/8/05 so I know it will start back up. There was a " low density lession...kidney probably a cyst " that was noted on his CT scan the 1st of this month. The Onc. didn't mention it so I asked the surgeon about it (port removal), and he said they really couldn't tell if it was a cyst from the CT that he needed an ultrasound. We debated about pursuing this, but finally decided that 2 months wouldn't make much difference and " we " needed a break from all this worry. We will discuss it with the onc. in Sept. You know, I really don't think the radiologist would make that statement unless he was pretty sure it was a cyst. If you figure out a good way to quit the worrying, pass it on because my resolve not to worry changes from day to day. Guest guest
I completely understand being consumed with worry about the cancer. I too now have my worries since I had a reoccurance. The surgeon told me he got it all. But when I got a copy of the patholigy report I got upset all over again. When does this nightmare end??? But again it is normal to worry about once health. All we have right now is Prayer. And I am trying my best to give my worries to Jesus. Ingrid > I know you are, it doesn't seem that you have had any good news (medically speaking) lately.
